Cascina Serenella
Cascina Serenella is located in Calcinato in the Province of Brescia, just 10 minutes by car from the Garda Lake, from the city center of Brescia and from Montichiari.
Housed in a prestigious, completely renovated typical Brescia farmhouse, with large porches and external loggias, it is surrounded by 10,000 square meters of greenery, inside which you will find a large barbecue for grilling, a lemon house, more then 100 trees, an orchard, a volleyball net, 2 football goals, a ping pong table and a table footbal, is the ideal meeting place for large families or groups of friends who want to meet up together, relax and stay in contact with nature.
The property has several independent rooms and is able to accommodate up to 18 people at the same time.
Silvia and Stefano, together with their little ones Giovanni and Giulia and the cute cat Alfonso, lives in the indipendent smallest building, in front of the main one, and will be happy to welcome you and make you feel at home.

BEDROOMS
SISSI and ELISA BEDROOMS
The splendid Sissi double bedroom has independent access and a connected bathroom, is a welcoming and well-kept environment, is equipped with a 42" LCD TV and air conditioning and is furnished in harmony with the rural and partly modern style of the Cascina.
It has a double bed and 2 single beds and is connected via a small common hall to the nice Elisa room which has 2 other single beds and a cot with sides for children.
ATTIC - GIULIA and GIOVANNI BEDROOMS
The attic on the second floor is a real independent apartment, well furnished and equipped with air conditioning.
It consists of an entrance sitting room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen.
The Giulia room is very large and is equipped with a 42" smart TV and has a double bed and a single bed.
There is a large bathroom with shower and another connected single bedroom which we have called Giovanni.
REGINA BEDROOM
Regina is an independent accomodation on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a very large living room entrance where it is positioned a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed, and a beautiful fireplace.
Next to the living room there is the bedroom with a double bed in wrought iron, a 42" LCD TV and a separate bathroom decoreted with Vietri tiles painted by hand.
MODESTA BEDROOM
The Modesta double room is located on the first floor and has two single beds and an independent bathroom.
It is slightly simpler and smaller than the other rooms but equally comfortable.
It is equipped with a 32" LCD TV and air conditioning.
The bathroom has recently been completely remodeled.
Possibility to rent the entire farmhouse for days or weeks with the exclusive use of all internal spaces (living room, kitchen) and external spaces (porticos, loggias and greenery) up to a maximum of 18 people at the same time.

WHO WE ARE
Silvia, Stefano .... Giovanni and Giulia!
Hi we are Silvia Stefano, we are 40 years old and after a few years of living together we decided to develop the project to rent our Cascina Serenella as a Holiday Home.
Silvia is a labor consultant for an important studio, while Stefano works in the flooring and real estate construction sector.
They both like cooking, sport, being in company but above all traveling!
During our travels we have been able to appreciate the Holiday Home formula and now we would like to return the well-being and familiarity that we ourselves received during our stays.
Our family has recently expanded with the arrival of Giovanni and little Giulia .... they will be happy to welcome adults but above all little ones !!

We apply reductions to those who stay for a minimum of three nights and we offer maxi discounts beyond seven.
For all our promotions please contact us.
Check-In: the rooms are available from 4.00 pm (communication of the arrival time is always required).
Check-Out: before 10.30.
Terms and methods of payment
To guarantee the reservation, whether online or by telephone, a deposit is required by bank transfer.
It is also possible to pay locally by credit card.
Terms of cancellation
Once the reservation is confirmed, any variation or cancellation of the same can only be made in writing via e-mail.
There is no refund for cancellations without notice or communication (no show) or in case of cancellation made within 5 days prior to the one scheduled for the start of the stay; in such cases any bank transfer paid will be retained.
